I don’t usually feel affected by famous people dying. I still feel bad but not particularly affected.
But I just heard Jack Layton died and I’m really sad about it.
He was a smart and competent politician, dedicated to making Canada a better place, and genuine in his ideals and morals.
I hope the person who takes his place is aware of the shoes they have to fill.
